Einstein bot throws unknown exception while running the flow action

While running flow action in an Einstein Bot dialog, users may encounter error below which could abruptly close the bot session and transfer to an agent directly. This error is seen in the bot session logs:
Error when invoking /support/conversations/0X92w0000005xxx/invocations/0SC2w0000001xxx: [{"actionName":"setup_bot__IntroBotCreateCase","errors":[{"statusCode":"UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION","message":"An error occurred when executing a flow interview."

This could be caused when default user in the bot does not have proper access to certain Flow components. 
解決策

To address this issue, Go to bot> Overview> Bot user -> Change this user to system admin or a custom user with required access. This could be read/write access to certain objects and Fields permission that the flow is trying to use.

In order to check specific access requirements, capture debug logs to analyze the cause or contact support for further assistance.
