The option to setup Sales Territories (formerly known as Enterprise Territory Management) may be missing from Setup menu for users with the correct permissions, as noted in Enable Sales Territories.
Effective with the Spring ’25 release, Salesforce has made Sales Territory—formerly known as Enterprise Territory Management—a provisionable feature in Sandbox. As a result, Salesforce Support will no longer manually enable this feature in Sandbox, because it is now tied to the Salesforce license. If you don’t see Sales Territory enabled by default, you’ll need to complete the provisioning process. For sandboxes running Spring ’25 and beyond, you can follow the instructions in the Match License Tool for Sandbox article to provision the feature in your Sandbox.
