Enable Sales Territories (Formerly Known as Enterprise Territory Management)

This article explains why the Sales Territories (formerly Enterprise Territory Management) option may be missing from the Setup menu, and how to resolve it in a sandbox.

Why This Happens

Salesforce has made Sales Territories (formerly known as Enterprise Territory Management) a provisionable feature in Sandbox. As a result, Salesforce Support no longer manually enables this feature in Sandbox, because it is now tied to the Salesforce license. If you do not see Sales Territories enabled by default, you need to complete the provisioning process.

How to Match Licenses in a Sandbox

To match licenses in a sandbox, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup.
2. Search for Company Information.
3. Select Match Production Licenses.
