Refresh a Page After Using Navigation Action in Omniscript Using OOTB Actions

解決策
1. Create a Navigate Action.
2. Make sure 'Replace' is checked.
3. Select 'Page Reference Type' as the Web Page, as using the direct navigation to record doesn't help in refreshing the page
4. The structure of the URL should be as mentioned in the below screenshot.
This configuration will make sure that upon navigation the page is refreshed as well.
