The flow trigger explorer won't display flows if either of the below is true
1. For flows created prior to Summer '21 release, users have the option to address this issue by saving the flow as a new version. This action will render the flow visible within the flow trigger explorer. Once the issue is resolved, users can safely delete the new version of the flow, as it is not necessary to retain it. Please note that this issue occurs intermittently.
In specific scenarios, flows from the managed package may also not appear. In such cases, the suggested workaround may not always be the most optimal solution.
2. To clarify, the FTE (Flow Trigger Explorer) currently filters out flows categorized as templates, owing to a product limitation. Consequently, FTE excludes flows that fall into this template category.
