Quick action on retail store where target object is visit is not retrievable and deployable.

At this juncture, the quick action is configured for the retail store with the visit object as the target entity

When we try to access this via workbench/changeset or any other platform we get the error
"You do not have the proper permissions to access QuickAction".
 
Solución
At present, we'd like to bring to your attention that the current platform limitation is associated with the quick action, specifically created on the retail store object with the visit designated as the target object. In this configuration, the relationship field is set to 'Place Field' (with the field API name being 'Place') on the Visit object. The error is generated due to backend code verification for object access, resulting in the 'You do not have the proper permissions to access QuickAction' error.

The solution for this scenario is to create quick actions on the target org.
