Data 360: Einstein Studio tab is not visible in Data Cloud

Einstein Studio should be available to users assigned a Data 360 permission set that has access to the feature. If it isn't available, it's possible that Einstein Studio hasn't been added to the navigation yet or it's hidden as a tab for the profile of the user(s).

Note:Ensure that the org has Data 360 Lisence or Customer Data Platform

Løsning

If Einstein Studio is not available to a user despite being assigned the proper Data 360 permission set to access Einstein Studio, please have a System Administrator make the following changes to the profile in question:

  1. Click into Setup.
  2. Under Administration, click Users > Profiles.
  3. In Profiles, locate the profile in question.
  4. Then navigate to its Object Settings and find 'Einstein Studio' on the list. Notice that it is currently "Tab Hidden". Click into it and click 'Edit'.
  5. Select 'Default On' or Default Off' as desired and save.
