Data 360: Unable to create activation target for external activation platforms

At this time, Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) supports the following external activation platforms:

  • Amazon Ads
  • Google Ad Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Display & Video 360
  • LinkedIn Advertising
  • Meta Conversions API
  • Meta Custom Audiences
  • Snapchat
  • TikTok

If any of these platforms appear to be missing or unavailable as external activation platform options when creating an activation target, please double-check if the Ad Audiences add-on license has been purchased for your account (org).

Please contact your Salesforce Salesperson or Account Executive if interested in the add-on license. If you are using a trial org, please reach out to the point of contact who provided you access to the trial org regarding your options.
