List Email - Engagement Metrics

Out of the box, the standard Lightning List Email when sent from Salesforce tracks email "opens" and "bounces" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report).

With Sales Engagement license, the List Email sent via Salesforce tracks "opens" and "bounces" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report and List Email Engagement Metrics component).

With Sales Engagement license, the List Email sent via a Connected Account (currently a Pilot feature) also tracks "clicks" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report and List Email Engagement Metrics component).
