Description
The Lightning List Email feature comes with engagement metrics to track email opens etc, and the license type determines which metrics are available for users.
Resolution

Out of the box, the standard Lightning List Email when sent from Salesforce tracks email "opens" and "bounces" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report).

With Sales Engagement license, the List Email sent via Salesforce tracks "opens" and "bounces" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report and List Email Engagement Metrics component).

With Sales Engagement license, the List Email sent via a Connected Account (currently a Pilot feature) also tracks "clicks" engagement metrics (accessible in the List Email Report and List Email Engagement Metrics component).

The Pardot license also provides engagement metrics functionality. For more information, please check:
