No BRE Related Permission Needed To Access Decision Matrix From An Omniscript.

• Even though BRE related permission are not assigned to an user, Same user will still be able to access decision matrix in an omniscript and get the output from DM.
• Same user cannot call an DM while creating an omniscript as there are no permissions. But if Omniscript is created by System admin User into which Decision matrix is involved.
• This same omniscript can be previewed by user who don't have any BRE permission and also get the output from Decision Matrix

Reproduction Step (Example) - 

1. Create an Omniscript and call a Decision matrix in it using Decision Matrix action.
2. Pass input to the decision matrix using set values (Hardcode values)
3. After Decision Matrix is called capture the output of the Decision Matrix in next step, to verify if DM is running or not.
4. Once verified that DM is running through an omniscript, open the same omniscript from an user who don't have any BRE permission but only Omnistudio related permission.
5. This user will not be able to see the name of the decision matrix in an omniscript decision matrix action.
6. But if this omniscript is previewed, user (without BRE permission) will be able to access Decision Matrix and will also be able to get the output in the last step of the omniscript.

Note - This is expected Behaviour as an org can create OmniScript and roll it out on communities site which can be used by the end users who might not even have Salesforce licenses or orgs. In this case, it is making a call to the BRE engine through the OmniScript and returning the results and don't see this as an issue
