Linking LINE UIDs with Contact Keys Using GroupConnect Import

1.Prepare a CSV file with the following structure.

Example CSV file:

AddressID,ContactKey,ChannelID,DisplayName
Ue6a4c0328bf8e580ac597XXXXXXXXX,[ContactKey],[ChannelID],[DisplayName] 
----
Replace each placeholder with your actual data.

・Specify the LINE UID in "AddressID".
・Specify the existing Contact Key you want to link in "ContactKey".
・Specify the target LINE Channel ID in "ChannelID".
・Specify the LINE user's display name in "DisplayName". If there is no display name, you can enter any text; this will not affect message delivery.
・In addition to the required fields (AddressID, ContactKey, ChannelID), you must include at least one of the following fields for the import: DisplayName, PictureURL, or StatusMessage.

• To import the CSV file directly, proceed to step [2-1].
• To import data from a Data Extension, proceed to step [2-2].

2-1. Navigate to Contact Builder > Imports > Create, and configure the following settings:

・Target Destination: Select [List]
・Source File: Click [Choose File] and upload the CSV file created in step 1.
・Destination List: Click [Select a List] and choose [All Contacts - Group].
・Import Type: Select [Update Only]
・Click [Next]
・Choose Mapping Type: Click [Map Manually] and map the headers to the corresponding list columns.
・Definition Name: Enter any name.

2-2. Navigate to Contact Builder > Imports > Create, and configure the following settings:

・Target Destination: Select [List]
・Source File: Click [Select Source], choose [From Existing Data Extension], and select the target Data Extension.
・Destination List: Click [Select a List] and choose [All Contacts - Group].
・Import Type: Select [Update Only]
・Click [Next]
・Choose Mapping Type: Click [Map Manually] and map the headers to the corresponding list columns.
・Definition Name: Enter any name.

3.From the Import list screen, find the creation you made and click [Start] under Actions.

・If the file size exceeds 20 MB, you must use the FTP option. Upload the file to the FTP server before clicking [Start].
