Guest user unable to see files in Asset Library and getting an error 'Can't load the list view'

The Asset Library can be used to expose files to guest users. However, we notice the error 'Can't load the list view' when trying to view Asset Library as guest user even when below prerequisites are met:

-The Asset Library is shared with Site Guest User.

-'Let guest users view asset files, library files, and CMS content available to the site (To let guest users view CMS collections, also enable Allow guest users to access public APIs)' is checked under All Sites-> Workspaces-> Administration-> Preferences.

-The guest user profile has 'Access Libraries' permission.

Lösning
'Once Asset library is folderized (has a folder created in the library during any point of time)', the guest user will not be able to access the files in the asset library anymore due to the guest user is not able to access ContentFolder, and in order to access ContentFolder, the user needs to be a 'Salesforce CRM Content User', and it's not possible for a guest license user to be 'Salesforce CRM Content User', so there is no way to allow the guest user to access libraries once it is folderized.

Once the folder is created and deleted later, the guest user still can't access the asset library because the changes made during the process of folderization are permanent.

This behavior is expected and we strongly recommend not to create any folders in Asset Library if the files in Asset Library needs to be exposed to guest users.
