While much of the initial WhatsApp channel creation can be done directly in your org, there are some aspects of new account creation and ongoing management that are completed within the Meta Business Manager and your WhatsApp Business Account. If you don’t have a Meta Business Manager account, you must create one.
Please don’t create a new Meta Business Manager account if there is a likelihood that your business already has one. If your business manages advertising on Meta products or maintains a brand presence on Meta products, it’s very likely that you’ve already got a Meta Business Manager Account; please consult internal teams and resources to request access to your existing business account.
