Description

In Salesforce Field Service (SFS), the Territory Type picklist on the Service Territory Member object controls how a service resource is assigned within a territory. Common values include Primary and Secondary, indicating the priority of the resource's association with that territory.

Résolution

The Territory Type picklist values cannot be renamed or translated. This field is designated as a Restricted Picklist in Salesforce Field Service, meaning its values are intentionally locked by Salesforce and cannot be customized.
