Data 360: Reset or Clear Your Tenant

Description

There is no out-of-the-box solution to quickly reset or clear all Data 360 (Formerly Data Cloud) configurations. You will need to unmap and delete all configurations manually, resolving any dependency issues as they arise.

 

If you are interested in working with a partner or Salesforce Professional Services to help unmap or delete all configurations, or if you would like a brand new account, please work with your Account Executive.

 

If you encounter errors while deleting or unmapping that you are unable to resolve, please contact Salesforce Support.
