Steps to Change the Favicon on a B2C Commerce Site

1. Place the desired favicon file in the "cartridge/static/default/images" directory of the custom cartridge for the currently active code version, and rename the file to "favicon.ico".
  Note: Do not place it under "cartridge/static/default/images/favicons".

2. Upload the modified cartridge to the Staging instance.
  Note: If the hostname alias for Staging is not defined, the favicon change will not be applied.

3. Perform code replication from the Staging instance to the Development/Production instance.

4. Verify the favicon change in the Development/Production instance where the hostname alias "http-host" is defined.
