When a Sandbox CRM Data Stream in a Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) org errors, a log with the status "Failure" should be visible in the Refresh History of the Data Stream. Clicking on the Failure icon shows a popup with a Download Log link. Clicking the link downloads a file with details of the error.
A common exception seen in errors affecting CRM Data Stream is as follows:
"NOT_FOUND: Tenant core/prod/00D0xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not found"
This type of error can indicate that the Sandbox org that is connected with the account is deleted due to Sandbox refresh.
What Happens When a Sandbox Is Refreshed and how to check if there was a sandbox refresh
The sandbox refresh procedure creates a new org, copies the metadata and data from the source org, then deletes the old org after activation. Because the sandbox refresh results in deletion of the original org,
Since Org ID gets changed, the Data streams would fail with not able to find the original org. You would need to proceed with deletion of the Data streams and connect with the new sandbfox account and recreate the data streams.
If you wish to disconnect the deleted org from Data 360, please log a case with Support so that it can be removed from backend as you would no longer be able to login to the org from UI to disconnect.
