Einstein Opportunity Scoring for Everyone is a standalone free product available to all Salesforce Sales users, with or without a Sales Cloud Einstein license. It uses artificial intelligence to help you and your team focus on the right opportunities to close more deals. Opportunities are scored from 1 to 99, and this score is available on opportunity records, list views, reports, Collaborative Forecasts, and Pipeline Inspection. For example, a sales team can use Opportunity Scoring to prioritize their pipeline and focus efforts on deals most likely to close.
Einstein Opportunity Scoring is also available as part of Sales Cloud Einstein — a broader suite of AI features that includes Lead Scoring and requires a paid license. While each version is functionally the same, there are some considerations for using the free "for Everyone" version, such as limited sandbox support.
