Hyperforce Data Residency

Fecha de publicación: Mar 2, 2026
Descripción
In general, customer data is stored in the country where their org is located, provided that the services the customer is using are available in that Hyperforce country. There may be scenarios where a product has multiple components that run in different countries, or includes integrations to services not yet on Hyperforce.

It is important to review the Infrastructure and Sub-processors Documentation for the services you are using to understand where data is located.  Additionally, please note that there may be customer data that is stored outside of a particular country for support purposes and to run and operate the services. Non-customer data, such as Salesforce controller data could leave the country. Salesforce does not prevent the customer themselves from moving customer data.

Local data storage of products currently in Hyperforce means that customer data is stored at rest in the country, and that Salesforce won't relocate it. Data can be transferred out of the country for processing, or because the customer implements an action that moves the data. Hyperforce Operating Zone (HF OZ) is a paid offering built on Hyperforce that provides customers with greater control over what data gets transferred out of the countries/regions in which HF OZ is supported .

Hyperforce is currently available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates (UAE), the UK, and the US for products built on the Salesforce platform. Data Cloud is live on Hyperforce in Australia, Brazil, England, Germany, India, Japan, and the US. Not all products are available in all countries or to all customers. Any roadmap and planned countries information shared by Salesforce is for informational purposes only and is not a binding commitment on Salesforce to make Hyperforce available in such countries. Salesforce may change its plans at its sole discretion, and you should not rely on this possibility when entering into any agreement or making any purchasing decision with Salesforce.
