Einstein bot throwing Error: Maximum loop count of 201 reached

An error handler dialog will occur if an Einstein bot dialog is set up to automatically call or redirect to itself or other dialogs without any input from the user, and gets stuck in an endless loop. This could lead to the bot encountering an error after exceeding the maximum limit of 200 iterations.

Solución
If there is a requirement in the business process to repeatedly call or redirect to the same or different dialogs, it is important to add an element that will cause an interruption to the loop after a certain number of iterations. This can be achieved by incorporating a rule condition that triggers the next step to "wait for customer input" or by using a question element that pauses the execution and waits for a response.
