What does this change mean for me? 

On February 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to access the Audience Studio application, and all associated customer data will be deleted in accordance with our Trust and Compliance Documentation.  

Since the Audience Studio products will no longer be available after February 1, 2024, Salesforce is offering a swap into different, eligible Salesforce products for the duration of your current Audience Studio product(s) subscription. Note that swap-eligible products may be subject to additional terms.

What action should I take before February 1, 2024? 

Salesforce recommends retrieving your existing Audience Studio data at least 30 days before February 1, 2024.  Customer data via the Standard or Extended (where applicable) data feeds and our Consent Audit Logs and Dissent Lists is available for customer retrieval during the tenure of your contract and for 30 days following the product retirement or termination date of the contract. These feeds must be enabled by engaging with the Audience Studio Help Portal before termination, or they will be inaccessible.

We will reach out to you to discuss swap options into a different Salesforce product and help answer any questions that you may have about this retirement. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to Customer Support at help@krux.com or your Account Executive.

Salesforce recommends uploading your billing reports for November 2023 and December 2023 as soon as they are available. We will share further communication on how to send your usage billing reports for November 2023, December 2023, and January 2024.
