Marketing Cloud Intelligence Account Locked Out Due To Inactivity

By default, Marketing Cloud Intelligence accounts are locked out after 60 days of inactivity. To ensure you aren't locked out, make sure you are logging into Marketing Cloud Intelligence at least once every 60 days. This article outlines the process for reactivating locked accounts.

A Marketing Cloud Intelligence Admin can re-enable a locked account. To re-enable, perform the following steps:
  1. To the right of the navigation bar, click the dropdown arrow, and then Manage Users.
  2. In the User table, select the user.
  3. In the Status column, click the toggle to Enable. The user is now enabled.
  4. To reset a password, click Reset Password from the top toolbar. The user receives an email prompting them to reset their password.
