Pre and Post Updates/ Failed Updates Checklist- Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect & Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect

If your updates are successful or failed, please check the checklist to avoid Production Issues.


Løsning

Pre Update

  1. Take a backup of the Approved origins of Amazon Connect.

  2. SSO-connected apps need to have the most updated Certificates.

Post Failed/successful update

  1. Review the Approved origins from Amazon Connect and review the origins need to be the same as before, if in case they are not the same then add the Origins manually. 

After updating this, if there are still any issues, please raise a case with the Salesforce support team. 

Notes: It will not apply for Import XML Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice) with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect.
