Data 360: Calculated Insight joining on Unified Individual object with Builder option

• Navigate to the Calculated Insights tab.
• Click New, and then select Create with Visual Builder and hit Next.
• Confirm Create a Calculated Insight and hit Next.
• Click Get Started and choose an object for your input data.
• Add a Join node linking it to the Unified Individual object; the system will configure 3 joins, adding Individual, Unified Link Individual and Unified Individual to the canvas.

This issue occurs because your engagement data (or other DMO) contains individual customer IDs rather than unified individual IDs. The system recognizes your original data but not the data that has been unified through Identity Resolution rulesets. This is why the Unified Individual Link DMO must be joined first. This connection helps the system link the engagement DMO with the unified individual DMO.
