Minimum Requirements Timelines for Existing Cloud Resellers:

Complete 2 certifications
Provide a Key Contact and backup
Complete the FY27 Reseller Essentials Enablement course
Maintain a 75% renewal rate
Meet the minimum ACV thresholds for their segment
Q: If I am reselling in multiple countries, how is my segment determined?
A: Your segment is determined by your weighted progress against the Crest Tier ACV thresholds in each respective segment.
|
Segment |
ACV Target (Crest tier) |
Your Performance |
% of Target Attained |
|
Established - Core |
$2,000,000 |
$350,000 |
17.5% |
|
Expanding |
$200,000 |
$75,000 |
37.5% |
|
Developing |
$150,000 |
$50,000 |
33.3% |
In this scenario, because the attained percentage is higher in the Expanding segment, that is how your business will be classified.
