You want to install a Mule license in RTF with rtfctl and the license file without converting to base64.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Download the Mule license from your support portal.

2. Without converting to base64, run the following command:
  
./rtfctl apply mule-license --file "<filename>"

If the filename of the license is "mylicense.lic", this is the command: 
./rtfctl apply mule-license --file "mylicense.lic"
