What information to collect for Metering Usage Reports issues

Aufgabe

GOAL

When reporting the Metering (Usage Report) case, please follow the procedure to collect the information before raising the case. This will expedite the troubleshooting process.

Schritte

Please collect "Required Information" per each "Issue Category"

Usage Report UI

1) Make sure the user has the required permission "Usage Viewer" to view the Usage Report

2) Capture a full screenshot of the issue including the browser URI from the Usage Report UI.

3) Capture the HAR file when the behavior is seen and attach it to the case. Refer - How to retrieve HTTP archive files (HAR)

4) Organization ID. Refer to How to know my Organization ID (Org ID) on the Anypoint Platform

5) For Accuracy questions, Capture the Flex Gateway ID for which the Usage to be verified
