There is an issue and a private space of CloudHub 2.0 or an application deployed to it. The article explains what is the minimum information that must be collected when reporting a support case

Ingress Load Balancer

1. The Private Space name
2.  Set Custom Log Level to Debug and specify the source IP range. Reproduce the issue. Download the ingress log and it them to the case
