General application issues

1) CloudHub application name
2) Error logout
3) The time when the issue started and if it's still happening
4) Upgrade object store connector version to the latest one to avoid any known issues that have been fixed
5) OSv2 debug is required if the issue is reproducible. As soon as the issue is replicated, please ensure the debug is disabled.

To enable the debug within CloudHub, go to the application in Runtime Manager. On the left side, select "Settings", and go to "Logging" tab.
In the Properties, please add
DEBUG com.mulesoft.objectstore

Multi-worker scenario/fabric issues

Multi-worker access with OSv2 is not recommended due to the known limitations. If you are using OSv2 with multiple workers, please check to see if the issue exists with a single worker before contacting support.
For further detail please see Limitations of using OSv2 in CloudHub applications

GUI related issues

If you observed any errors from GUI related to the object store, the following information is needed for further troubleshooting.
1) Full Screenshot of the error message or a screenshot of the OSv2 usage that includes the full URL
2) Collect the HAR file when the issue is replicated
