Take a Full Page Screenshot Using Google Chrome When Reporting An Issue

When a customer reports an issue and collects evidence it is important to have screenshots showing a web full page rather than a part of it.단계
2. Open Developer tools: Main Menu -> More Tools -> Developer Tools
3. Toggle Device Toolbar
4. In the Dimensions dropdown choose iPad Pro. This is required to have a decent quality of the screenshot taken.
5. In the device toolbar click on three dots -> Capture full size screenshot. It is saved to the default downloads folder.
6. Toggle Device Toolbar
7. Close developer tools.
