What Information to Collect for Flex Gateway - Connected Mode

Please collect "Required Information" per each "Issue Category"
 

Manage API Instance

Please Capture the below:

1) Capture a few screenshots of the API Manager UI pages showcasing the behavior seen.

2) Capture the HAR file when the behavior is seen (as per the above point) on the API Manager page and attach it to the case. Refer - How to retrieve HTTP archive files (HAR)

3) Make sure the user has the required permission to manage the API Instance.

4) Provide the browser URL from the API Instance setting page in a text format. For example, see below

5) FlexGateway Version

6) FlexGateway installation mode with version [Docker, Kubernetes, etc]

Manage Policies

1) Capture a few screenshots of the API Manager UI Policy pages showcasing the behavior seen.

2) Capture the HAR file when the behavior is seen (as per the above point) on the API Manager Policy page and attach it to the case. Refer - How to retrieve HTTP archive files (HAR)

3) Make sure the user has the required permission to manage the API Policies.

4) Capture the screenshot of the API Instance "settings" page showing all the information (including the API Configuration section as well)

5) Capture the screenshot of the API Instance "Policy" page showing all the Policy information (make sure the policies are expanded as below



6) Provide the browser URL from the API Policy page in a text format. For example, see below
