When reporting Flex Gateway - Connected Mode cases, please follow the procedure to collect the information before raising the case.
Note: Below information is the minimum necessary to start investigating the issues.
This will expedite the troubleshooting process.
Please collect "Required Information" per each "Issue Category"

Please Capture the below:
1) Capture a few screenshots of the API Manager UI pages showcasing the behavior seen.
2) Capture the HAR file when the behavior is seen (as per the above point) on the API Manager page and attach it to the case. Refer - How to retrieve HTTP archive files (HAR)
3) Make sure the user has the required permission to manage the API Instance.
4) Provide the browser URL from the API Instance setting page in a text format. For example, see below
