Custom Metrics Tab not available in Monitoring's Built-in dashboards to view Custom Metrics

Resolution
SYMPTOM
Create an app to send custom metrics:
After the app is deployed to CloudHub 1.0, and navigate to Build-in dashboards the Custom Metrics tab is missing.
CAUSE
During deployment of the CloudHub app the "Use Edge Release Channel" was automatically selected and 4.5.0.24e was also automatically selected:
SOLUTION
During deployment of the CloudHub app uncheck "Use Edge Release Channel" and select 4.4.0 then "Custom metrics" tab appears.
