QUESTION
How to check the status of IDoc in the MuleSoft SAP Connector?
ANSWER
If you need to verify whether the MuleSoft SAP Connector has passed on the IDOC correctly to SAP and that SAP has accepted the IDOC properly.
To check this at the SAP system end try the below steps -
1. Use the Transaction Code WE05, the "IDoc Display" command.
2. Check whether the IDOC you are working with appears in the list with the status description "Application document posted" and the column Number reads as "1".
3. If there were errors encountered, SAP would report an error with the Status description as "Application Document not posted" and the column Number as "2".
