Resolution
SYMPTOM
In API Manager APIs show as Inactive and in mule_ee.log seeing Reason: Missing API information from API Platform
and in mule_ee.log:

CAUSE
The client id and client secret need to belong to the sub-organization that contains said APIs. Reference: Organization client id and client secret are changed in wrapper.conf.SOLUTION
Update the client id and secret belong to the sub-organization that contains said APIs in wrapper.conf and restart the Mule Runtime.Knowledge Article Number
