Flexible Hybrid Deployment is for MuleSoft eligible customers who need to switch between On-Premise Cores and Cloud-based vCores.
To be able to use this feature you must provide the following in order to complete the FHD request:
1. MuleSoft Org62 Quote Number of the original products they wish to swap
2. Anypoint Org ID that the request should be applied to
3. Quantities of the Current and Future Core/vCore deployment configuration in Anypoint.
Please include a description of what change is required. Core/vCore Swaps are 1 to 1.
To submit your Flexible Hybrid Deployment (FHD) request, please provide all of the above required information and proceed with these steps:
1. Draft a new email and enter “MuleSoft FHD Request” for the subject.
2. Fill out the following request template, it must include your MuleSoft Quote Number, Anypoint Org ID, and the deployment configuration of current and future quantities for both PreProduction and Production Core/vCores. Kindly also include a change description of what is required.

Change Description: i.e. “Please swap all PreProduction and Production Cores for vCores”, “Please swap 2 PreProduction Cores for vCores only”, etc.“
3. Once complete, copy and paste the completed template into the body of your FHD request email.
4. Send the email to ebosalesops@salesforce.com to complete submitting the FHD request.
5. A case will be created and a team member will process the requested flex deployment, please follow up with your AE for progress on the request.
6. You will receive a confirmation email once the FHD request is successfully completed.
Please note,
Only certain types of commercial agreements allow swapping between vCore and On-Premise core usage. Any requests that are completed without these agreements in place will not be approved.
