You are not able to login to the Knowledge Hub (also known as Catalyst.mulesoft.com) and you are either getting an internal error or login failure when attempting to log in.


Alternatively, you'd like to know more about the Playbooks or links provided by Professional Services in the Knowledge Hub.

Résolution

The Knowledge Hub is maintained independently by the MuleSoft Professional Services team and falls outside of the scope of support - it is not part of any MuleSoft services to which you subscribe. Please engage with your Account Team to help you with any log in issues with the site.  Please let us know if you need help in getting the details of your Account Team.
