SYMPTOM

You are trying to deploy the application to CloudHub from CI/CD and you are getting an error as below. 
Your application has failed with exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException
  you may also messages referring to memory issues such as  
Terminating due to java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

CAUSE

Your application is suffering from memory utilization when deploying the service to CloudHub.

SOLUTION

Update the application worker size as it's likely the memory is not large enough to deploy the application. For example, if you are deploying your application with 0.1 vCores, try to deploy with 0.2 vCores
