Real-time UI Updates Not Reflecting on Voice Call Record Page

When the Call Control Component is present on the Voice Call layout, refreshing the tab is restricted due to the potential termination of the call. Consequently, any data updated during an ongoing call, through either a screen flow/ individual object linking flows/or LWC/Aura, will not be visible on the UI in real-time, despite being successfully updated in the backend.

Решение

To address this issue, removing the Call Control Component from the UI is recommended.
