Data 360: Subset of User Attributes sourced from Marketing Cloud Personalization cannot be used in Data 360 due to overlap

The following Marketing Cloud Personalization user attributes are reserved attributes that cannot be sent to Data 360: 

  • accountId
  • created
  • firstActivity
  • name
  • originatingReferrer
  • profileId
Løsning

Using these attributes should be avoided as they will be excluded from records in Data 360. The workaround would be to use a new attribute with a different naming convention so the field API names don't overlap. As an example, instead of using "name", consider using "fullname".
