Limit |
Site Storage Capacity |
To help ensure that operations on your site can continue without interruption, Proactive Monitoring will alert you if the amount of storage consumed on your site is approaching the limit. |
Exceeding the storage quota limit will significantly impact your site's ability to function. Proactive Monitoring will provide resources and instructions to immediately address the issue. |

Daily Extract Refresh Capacity |
To help ensure that extract refreshes run successfully without interruption, Proactive Monitoring will alert if extract refresh activity is approaching the daily limit for your site. |
If the daily refresh limit is exceeded, subsequent extract refresh attempts will fail, causing data freshness issues for users viewing dashboards on your site. Proactive Monitoring will provide information on content consuming the largest proportions of this resource. |
Salesforce may change the Proactive Monitoring, Smart Alert Catalog from time to time in its sole discretion. SFDC will provide customers with advance notice of any planned downtime.
