Data 360: Data Model Object records may not get updated while trying to update a record with the same primary key

It's been observed that when attempting to update a record in a Data Model Object (DMO), a new record is generated instead of updating the existing one with the same primary key. While this behavior may align with user expectations based on the record's primary key value, it's crucial to consider the record's data source.

If the data sources of the records differ, a new record will be created rather than updating the existing one, even if both records share the same value in their ID field. This distinction is essential for understanding the system's behavior.
