Inbox Availability Zoom meeting link doesn't include in the calendar invite

While using the Gmail side panel with Inbox when we try to schedule a meeting and set the location to Zoom, the meeting invite for Zoom is not sent even though it is connected account of the Video Settings accounts.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Open Gmail Compose mode.
  2. In the availability section |
    Preferred Times
  3. Check the Zoom integration toggle is enabled.
  4. Send the email.
  5. Once the recipient accepts the meeting invite, the meeting is added to the calendar but the Zoom invite is not present.
Lösung

When you send out a meeting invite the invite goes out blank without Zoom meeting invite attached in the scheduled meeting. 

To resolve this, you will need Salesforce Admin Rights to onboard the user by allowing them to accept the Terms of Service.

As a workaround, to resolve the issue :

  1.  Go to Setup |  Zoom Video Setup.

  2. Disable the Zoom Integration toggle.

  3. Turn on Zoom integration.

  4. Accept the terms of service.

  5. Select Go to Zoom Marketplace and approve install of the Salesforce Sales Cloud 360 app

Note: Sales reps are prompted in Salesforce to connect their Zoom accounts.
