While using the Gmail side panel with Inbox when we try to schedule a meeting and set the location to Zoom, the meeting invite for Zoom is not sent even though it is connected account of the Video Settings accounts.
Steps to Reproduce the issue:
When you send out a meeting invite the invite goes out blank without Zoom meeting invite attached in the scheduled meeting.
To resolve this, you will need Salesforce Admin Rights to onboard the user by allowing them to accept the Terms of Service.
As a workaround, to resolve the issue :
Go to Setup | Zoom Video Setup.
Disable the Zoom Integration toggle.
Turn on Zoom integration.
Accept the terms of service.
Select Go to Zoom Marketplace and approve install of the Salesforce Sales Cloud 360 app
