In the Salesforce Help Portal, users may encounter limitations when attempting to attach files to cases. While the portal allows for the attachment of various file types to cases, there are certain file extensions that are not supported. The tool does not support attaching executable files such as .jar, .bat, .exe, etc. Attempting to attach files with these extensions will fail to attach the file.
