Einstein bots may require the bots feature to be toggled OFF and ON

During first time setup on a new org or sandbox refresh it is possible that Activate button on the Einstein bot remains deactivated or it may throw an error message related to C2C connection while trying to initiate a chat from the preview.

This may also be seen if the org has been recently migrated to hyperforce platform. System administrators are generally notified about this in advance. It is possible that the connection between bot services hasn’t been established correctly after the change. This may result in different type of issues such as chat getting transferred to an agent directly without connecting to the bot in addition to the symptoms stated above.

This can impact Article Answer feature as well and issues may be seen while refreshing the model.
