  1. In Tableau Desktop, select File > Workbook Locale > More...
  2. In the Set Workbook Locale dialog box, select English (India) as the locale, and click OK.
  3. Right-click the numerical measure you wish to format, and select Default Properties > Number Format...
  4. In the Default Number Format dialog box, select Number (Standard), and click OK.
