How to get a fixed rank with a filter in a cross table. which means if the filter narrows the data showing in the table, the rank should be as same as the rank with the whole table.

Create a calculation field to replace the [Region] field in [Filter] shelf.
The calculation is as below: LOOKUP(ATTR([Region]),0)
