Task
How to open a file from Google Drive with a URL action or Web Page Object.
Steps
For the URL Action 
  1. In Google Drive, right-click on the file, and select Get Shareable Link. 
  2. In Tableau Desktop, on a dashboard, select Dashboard from the top toolbar. 
  3. Select Actions > Add Action > URL.
  4. Enter the Shareable link URL. 
  5. Choose how you want to trigger the action (Menu, Select or Hover). 
  6. Click OK. 
For Web Page Object
  1. In Google Drive, right-click on the file, and select Get Shareable Link. 
  2. In Tableau Desktop, on a dashboard, select Dashboard from the top toolbar. 
  3. On a new dashboard, drag out the Web Page option from Objects in the bottom left of the dashboard area. 
  4. Enter the Shareable link URL. 
Additional Resources
The shareable link must be used in order to open a file from Google drive with a URL action or in a web page object.
