이 기능은 현재 Tableau Cloud 또는 Tableau Server 제품에서 기본으로 제공되지 않습니다. Tableau Server는 호스트 컴퓨터의 디스크 공간이 임계값에 도달할 경우 이메일 알림을 전송할 수 있지만 사이트 공간(예: 10GB)을 거의 초과하는 경우에는 사이트 관리자에게 알림을 전송하지 않습니다. 해결 방법: 관리자 인사이트 데이터 원본을 사용하여 사용자 지정 뷰를 만든 다음 저장소 부족을 알리는 데이터 기반 경고를 만듭니다.
절차: 1. 사용자 지정 뷰를 만들고 [데이터 원본 크기(MB)] 및 [통합 문서 크기(MB)] 측정값에 대해 "크기"를 검색한 다음 요약을 Viz에 표시합니다. 2. 저장소 사용량이 임계값을 초과할 경우 경고하는 알림을 만듭니다. 저장소 용량 제한은 Tableau Cloud 사이트 용량을 참조하기 바랍니다.
